A 8-year old child was admitted with the complaints of hoarseness and dyspnea on July 1, Papilloma mass in the larynx was removed under direct laryngoscopy after tracheotomy, after then the laryngeal papilloma was removed 7 times during 7 months. In August 1966, tracheal tube was able to be removed because of disappearence of the laryngeal papilloma. On August 23, 1967, when the tracheal opening was closed, normal voice production was possible.
